ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Pima County Library in Arizona requires users to create a four-digit personal identification numbers (PINs) for its new system. The PIN will be used to check out items or access online resources. In addition, the numbers will help the library to protect customer information and to prevent use of stolen or lost library cards.
