Inside Tucson Business;1/21/2008, Vol. 17 Issue 32, p3
The article reports on the plan of Terra Cotta restaurant to sell its building at Catalina Foothills in Tucson, Arizona. According to Terra Cotta president Michael Luria, the sale does not mean they wanted to terminate the business, they just want to find smaller location or seek to lease back the restaurant's operation in the building. It is inferred that CB Richard Ellis is interested to buy the facility for $3.7 million because of its location.
