This article focuses on the Frontera automobile from Holden. The model was launched in 1995 to compete with the RAV4/Suzuki Vitara automobile. Holden relied on the British-built short wheelbase three-door version. However, its price failed to attract buyers. As sales floundered, so the price was cut, then cut again, from $36,650 to $31,990.
