The article focuses on the assistance provided by short message service (SMS) among companies in the U.S. Joe Salesky stresses that such SMS is a two-way process that serves as a medium for frictionless engagement among consumers for assurance of access in the financial services information. Further, it reveals that Wells Fargo SMS adopts such scheme through allowing users to inquire on the status of their assets through texting a command balance query.
