The article cites the most innovative idea that virtual panel of experts implemented in 2007 in Canada. Among them were: the Web-based point-of-sale computer system used at Gibson's Cleaners company, the Ipura dry cleaning machine installed at Quality Cleaners company, and the advancement of wet cleaning at Tuesdays Dry Cleaners. Results of the implementation of these ideas are also discussed.
