ABSTRACT
The article reports on the efforts of the Nagathom Investments Cayman Ltd.'s sector fund to help develop Cambodia's capital markets. The fund intends to tap into the industry by investing in agricultural lands, primarily in the Siem Reap area, to develop a supply of organic agricultural products for local hotels and restaurants. The author inferred that strong gross domestic product growth, along with commodity prices, will yield a steady rise in the agricultural land value.
