ABSTRACT

Hewlett-Packard (HP) has launched the HP OpenCall Mobile Video Solutions portfolio, which includes standards-based offerings for third-generation services. MobiForms has released version 3.12 of its mobile development tool, which is fully certified with Windows Mobile. A BlackBerry Plug-in for Microsoft Visual Studio is to be introduced by Research In Motion (RIM).
