ABSTRACT
The article reports on the launching of fundraising and educational program sponsored by Broyhill Home Furnishings for Passionately Pink for the Cure in Lenoir, North Carolina. The program is a 3-kilometer walk event at Broyhill main office which was initiated through the nonprofit foundation Susan G. Komen for the Cure. It stated that the event raised $4,533, with a total of 312 Broyhill employees donated money and 136 took part of the walk lead by five employees who are cancer survivors.
