ABSTRACT
The article reports on the bankruptcy filed by furniture store chain Sofa Express Inc. in Groveport, Ohio. The store closes due to its financial situation resulting in the termination of employment. Although it has increased sales from the expanded format, it does not provide enough revenue to cover occupancy and expansion costs. Other reasons for bankruptcy includes declined sales, and the increase in fuel and other expenses.
