Kathwari signs new contract to lead Ethan Allen until 2012

The new deal of Kathwari calls for a base salary of $1.13 million annually. Kathwari is also entitled to annual bonus based on operating earnings. In addition, Kathwari has an option to purchase 150,000 shares of common stock at $34.03 per share.
