The article reports on the claims of Asian manufacturer Haining Nice Harvest Furniture that it does not do business directly with Levitz Furniture Co. Inc. According to Jeff Wargowsky of Haining Nice, the company sells to trading company Li & Fung Ltd., but does not owed the $719,082 listed in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of Levitz. It is noted that the bankruptcy petition lists Haining Nice as a creditor in care of Li & Fung.
