ABSTRACT
The article discusses the martial arts maxim of the way you are built determines the way you fight. It states that a person's physique determines which techniques will work best for you. According to the article, whether you are short and stocky or tall and lean, or someone in between, you can succeed by simply using your natural assets. Technical ability of a person is only a part of the effectiveness equation because what is really important is determining and selecting what suits your body, the article adds.
