ABSTRACT
The article reports on the findings of the report "Kids on the Go: Mobile Usage by U.S. Teens and Tweens," conducted by Nielsen Company The report focused on the mobile media and cross media behavior of teenagers in the U.S. It reveals that 35% of teenagers own a mobile phone, with 21% of them have a ring and answer tone on their mobile. It also states that text messaging and ringtones were the most highly used nonvoice activities on the cell phones.
