ABSTRACT
The article offers tips and advice to sound operators and producers in ensuring a music event to be successful. The author believes that keeping the lines of communication open among audio departments, including the band, is important as it allows the source of sound to be effectively controlled. He also notes that having an open and positive relationship among audio staff can help the most difficult gigs more pleasant.
