ABSTRACT
The article reports that loudspeaker company M&K Sound Co. has been taken over by a new team, headed up by longtime M&K distributors Per Becher and Asger Bak in the U.S. Becher and Bak have acquired M&K's intellectual property including its brand name, trademarks, and Web sites in July 2007. Information about the M&K's operation with audio industry veteran Chris Minto is presented.
