ABSTRACT
The article presents 7 ways to a joyous day. One should not fret. Anxiety will just ruin one's day and it can be a real confidence-killer. One cannot add one more day to one's life or more life to one's day by fretting. Worry does not take away tomorrow's troubles, it only rids today of its strength. One should also forgive freely.
