ABSTRACT
The article reports on the ruling of District Court in California for the patent right infringement related to lower leg massage technology of Human Touch LLC. The ruling follows more than 14 months of effort by the company which holds a number of patents and trademarks. Moreover, Andrew Cohen, president of the company, states that the company will take all necessary measures to ensure that consumers are never deluded by competitions.
