ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decision of Rowe Fine Furniture Inc. to eliminate 10 sales positions in its Clayton Marcus division in order to best serve the retailers in the U.S. According to Stefanie Lucas, president and chief executive officer of the company, since the company acquire its division, the company has evaluated how to best reduce duplicate resources. Moreover, the company did not say whether the elimination of the 10 positions included all division representatives.
