ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Comcast Corp. to begin deploying the Start Over TV service in some of its systems by the end of 2008 in the U.S. The company is negotiating to license the name Start Over from Time Warner Cable Inc. for a service that will allow subscribers to restart a television program that is already in progress. The first deployment of the Start Over function in Comcast systems will be expected to start by January 1, 2009.
