ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the change of transmission line facilities. It cites that analog lines need to be held together until the changeover occurs because they have been in operation for 30 years with less maintenance. Moreover, the analog-to-digital lines need to be upgraded because the lines are old and maintenance may be questionable. Further, digital lines need to be maintained because many television stations have stayed with these lines.
