ABSTRACT
This article presents information on the new marketing campaign of the television network Court TV to be launched as of February 2000. With the new marketing theme, the network will keep its logo, consisting of a thumbprint behind the initials TV. The advertising agency backing Court TV is Griffin Bacal. The marketing push revolves around specific shows. Advertisers who bought the network during the upfront market of the previous year took a chance and gained big time, the network claims. Even so, the network has not received advertising support from a wide range of advertisers.
