ABSTRACT
The article presents information on an ozone generator developed and marketed by Purfresh. The company sells the refrigerator-size ozone generator that enables packers to produce ozone on site for cold-storage rooms, produce sprayers and washing tanks. The product produces ozone, which can be made on the spot with an electrical discharge, and vanishes within seconds, leaving no toxic residue.
