ABSTRACT
The article reports that Ohio-based Internet service provider Massillon Cable TV partnered with Front Porch Digital Inc. for a messaging system that cannot be easily deleted and can reach third-party portals Internet users. The system was developed in response to the demand of copy right holders to remind Internet subscribers that they are violating copyrights by illegal downloads.
