We regarded it necessary to peresent Ebu Bekir el Beyhaki's work - Kitabu'd- Delavati 'l- Kebir - to the scientist and Turkish readers as it is an example with all its peculiarities among the prayer's sources and belonging to the period's classification. That the hearsay's being used very much and their being considered honor, the selected hadiths being short and aphorism dispatch us that the writer chose the easy rumors that were accepted by the public. We see that the rumorer generally has been chosen among the popular people who are loved the most by everybody in society. It is possible to see that the hadiths have been based on real and trusted sources.
