ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determined the relationship between the burnout level of teachers classroom management and discipline models. This study was done with random technique 155 on teachers working at primary schools. Maslach Burnout Inventory and Discipline Models Inventory was use. Also Pearson Momentus Correlation (r) and Multı-functional regrassion techniques was use. Our this study shows that: The teachers use the intelligent-result model the most and Glasser models the least; there is a significant relationship among the level of depersonalization, personal accomplishment and emotional exhaustion; there is a negative relationship discipline models and emotional exhaustion; there is a negative and significant relationship between emotional exhaustion and Kounin and Glasser model. The theachers prefer "Canter and Konunin" models, as their burnout level at the subdimension of personal accomplishment; there is a positive and significant relationship between the grades of subdimension of personal accomplishment and depersonalization; there is significant effect of emotional exhaustion on Glasser model.
