ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the efforts of application service providers in the U.S. to improve their content navigation tool sets to manage the increasing video content in the broadband, television and mobile platforms. It was stated that telecommunication and cable companies are improving their navigation tool, like operating system, search engines, and voice activation engines, to help consumers in selecting video content. These service providers include Comcast Corp. and Cox Communications Inc.
