ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the iPhone, a mobile communication device from Apple Inc. in the U.S. Based on survey results, the iPhone is the most requested mobile device with 72% of employees asking for the gadget's support. The gadget is a phenomenon that really matters to employees. According to Michael Osterman, president of the research firm Osterman Research, the gadget is gaining support in the enterprise from top executives who are early adopters of new technology. And majority of the IT managers are also supporting the gadget.
