ABSTRACT
The article presents several blogs from the readers in the U.S. Cisco's digital ID policy is discussed in the article. The ID policy was aimed to combat exam cheating and to protect the value of certifications in its primary test center, Pearson VUE. All examination-takers are required to provide a digital photos and digital signatures during the examination. Network access control (NAC) is also discussed. NAC's cost avoidance tool, which discover and control peer-to-peer music and video file sharing with its NAC gear, has cut back the number of subpoenas it gets from music industry groups due to pirated copyright material. Meanwhile, General Motors turns down the heat in its energy bills that saves the company millions of dollars.
