Hallmark Distribution Talks Continue

The article reports that Crown Media Holdings, parent company of the Hallmark Channel, will continue negotiations with three of its largest distributors to secure carriage deals that involve more than 30% of its total distribution. According to Crown's annual report, Time Warner Cable, Cablevision Systems and DirecTV represented a total of 31.6 million subscribers. Senior Vice President of corporate communications Nancy Carr refused to predict when the deals would be completed.
