ABSTRACT
The article reports that the acquisition of U.S.-based Insight Communications Inc.'s 1.3 million subscribers by Comcast Corp. is expected to be completed by the end of 2007. According to the author, Comcast exercised its right to dissolve its 50-50 Insight Midwest partnership in April 2007, agreeing to assume control of about 684,000 customers in southern Indiana and Illinois.
