ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of the composite panel business of Owens Corning by Crane Composites in December 2007. Owen's operation in Goshen, Indiana supplies fibergalss exterior sidewall panel products to the recreational vehicle manufacturers. Crane will also acquire Owen's related technical center in Elkhart, Indiana.
