ABSTRACT
The article presents the answer to the editor's quiz in the preceding page which illustrate the case of 67-year-old Caucasian retired miner with a rare complication of peptic ulcer disease. The patient was found to be suffering from double pylorus, a complication of peptic ulcer disease caused by the perforation of an antral ulcer into the duodenal bulb or vice versa.
