ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a survey which explored the ways in which human resource personnel and diversity practitioners manage diversity and equality. The results showed significant differences between respondents' drivers for progressing diversity and equality issues and their perceptions of what drove their senior leaders. Survey respondents rated the success of general leadership development strategies as average and the success of specific diversity development for leaders as poor.
