ABSTRACT
This section offers information on various court cases related to employment in Great Britain. A dyslexic job applicant complained that Northern Ireland Housing Executive did not make the necessary adjustments under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 for his application. A lawsuit concerning implied duties was field by GMB Trade Union against an employee named Brown. Another lawsuit concerning job trial was filed by Optical Express Ltd. against its employee named Williams.
