ABSTRACT
The article presents an outlook of steel mills for the third quarter of 2007 in the U.S. Aleris International Inc. reported sales of $4.9 billion and a net loss of $14.7 million for 2007 and revenues of $3.3 billion and net income of $59.4 million for 2006. ArcelorMittal has a net income of $3.0 billion during the period which is a 36 percent increase compared in 2006. Carpenter Technology Corp. has a net income of $57.7 million for the first quarter of 2007 and $51.2 million for 2006.
