ABSTRACT
The article presents the lessons from Arch Design Window Treatments' business success in Tucson, Arizona. Its owners Jeff Tobin and his wife Cathy reviewed a variety of potential business opportunities. They were determined that the shop-at-home model would best fit their style and meet the needs of their target customers. They also realized that there was a lot they did not know about their industry and the local marketplace. These led them in finding a network called Exciting Windows.
