The article presents information about category management tools offered by the website, www.insightsc3m.com, which has been developed by Philip Morris USA Inc. Ricker Oil Co. started using Insights c3m shortly after the site went live in September 2006. To date, 45,000 retail companies have signed on to the website. The site allows Ricker to see product promotions for each store and distribution timing.
