The article presents information on biofuel agreements of Appalachian Oil Co. Inc. (APPCO) and its acquisition by Titan Global Holdings. Titan has announced that APPCO has reached an agreement with Tate & Lyle PLC to purchase increased quantities of ethanol at reduced price levels in 2008. APPCO also completed a biofuels supply agreement with Refuel America Inc. Also, APPCO has been approved for a grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation's environmental division.
