Construction is slated for completion in 2010. Groundbreaking ceremonies were held for the Sulpizio Family Cardiovascular Center, a $171 million facility on the University of California-San Diego Medical Center campus. The Brookwood Medical Center in Homewood, Alabama announced plans for a $159 million project to include a new five-story women's center and medical office building.
