ABSTRACT
The article presents the views of health network executives on dealing with a candidate for a director-level position in a hospital who is featured in a YouTube video of a party in which he is seen shirtless, smoking cigarettes, drinking several beers and kissing different women. Steven Scott of Wishard Health Services believes everyone deserves a second chance. Chris Hunt of the Samaritan Regional Health System suggests determining whether the individual would be harmful to the organization.
