ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of an old man who was implanted with sirolimus-eluting stent from the ostium to the middle portion of the right coronary artery (RCA). The coronary angiography shows in-stent restenosis at the RCA ostial lesion and obscurity of the stent strut. A multidetector computed tomography (CT) scan revealed the strut fracture of the sirolimus-eluting stent at the ostium of the right coronary artery and protrusion of fractured stent into the right sinus of Valsalva.
