The article reports on the implementation of a healthy eating program, called Live Well, at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona and the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. All Live Well items are low in fat, sodium and cholesterol and are developed by the hospital's production staff in conjunction with its nutritionists. To promote the Live Well products, the foodservice department used the Mayo Clinic's intranet and advertised in a weekly newsletter.
