The article reports on an increase in cafeteria sales since a renovation at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Columbia, South Carolina, was completed. The overhaul allowed the cafeteria, now called Snaks Fifth Avenue, to modernize its 1970s' looks, become more spacious and offer more variety. Sales have increased, according to foodservice director Vinnie Livoti, because more people are visiting the cafeteria and they are spending more.
