ABSTRACT
The article focuses on Hemisflavors, a new program launched by Parkhurst Dining Services that combines healthful eating with several trendy global cuisines. The program will feature at least 50 menu items from each country. Examples include Chana Dal from India, Spicy and Sour Prawn Soup from Vietnam, Fish Tagine from Morocco and Spiced Pumpkin Seed Flatbread from Mexico. Parkhurst also plans to introduce a catering guide, focusing on healthier choices, that will incorporate recipes from Hemisflavors.
