ABSTRACT
The article announces the publication of the report "The Changing HR Function: Transforming HR," by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). The final part of the CIPD's major two-year research project into the restructuring of the human resource (HR) function, carried out with the Institute for Employment Studies, has been published as a Research into Practice report.
