ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Mattress Pro by Mattress Firm Inc. in the U.S. Mattress Pro has 36 stores in Nevada and Texas. The merger is expected to increase the market dominance of Mattress Firm in several cities across the U.S. Mattress will begin transforming the units of Mattress Pro with its new signage, expanded product selection and its signature store format.
