ABSTRACT
The article discusses the significance of a special supplementary close-up lens on a close-up photographer in the U.S. A supplementary close-up lens which was dubbed as diopter by many photo enthusiasts, is a very inexpensive accessory that reduces the minimum focusing distance of the lens. Moreover, supplementary close-up lens can also be attached to a camera's lens, which then allows the photographer to focus closer to the subject.
