In this article, the author explains the practice of virtualisation. According to the author, virtualisation delivers the appearance and experience of something, rather than delivering the real thing. She indicates that virtual application is installed into its own separate operating space. In addition, the author enumerates the benefits of such an application, including the avoidance of application conflicts and the implementation of different versions of a program.
