Argotec acquires third facility to double size

The article reports that Argotec Inc. has purchased a new plant in Greenfield, Massachusetts. The purchase will double its polyurethane film and sheet operation. Company President Bruce Wilby said that the company is also acquiring extrusion equipment for the facility, its third, and plans to increase its work force of about 100 by 10% in 2008. Argotec is a manufacturer and marketer of custom-engineered polyurethane films and sheets for the global specialty films industry.
