ABSTRACT
The article explains how the Endowment Fund of the National Organization for Women (NOW) works. Gifts from donors made to the endowment are combined to form the fund's principal which are invested. A portion of the annual earnings will be allocated to the foundation for projects and daily expenses. The endowment's goal is to protect the movement's future. Additionally, members and supporters may also choose to establish special endowment in their own name or in the name of a person they want to honor.
